Product Security at COVAL

The security of our products and systems is a priority for COVAL.

COVAL's Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is the central point for managing reports of cybersecurity vulnerabilities that may affect our products, software, or connected solutions.

Our team coordinates the analysis, assessment and, where necessary, the remediation actions and related communication.

Reporting a vulnerability or security incident

If you believe you have identified a vulnerability, abnormal behavior, or a security incident involving a COVAL product, we encourage you to contact us.

Where possible, please include the following information:

  • Affected product or product line
  • Product reference / version
  • Description of the observed issue
  • Potential impact identified
  • Steps to reproduce (if available)
  • Your contact details

How reports are handled

Every report received is reviewed by the COVAL PSIRT through a structured process:

  1. Receipt and acknowledgment of the report
  2. Technical analysis and risk assessment
  3. Internal investigation and validation
  4. Definition of corrective actions or mitigation measures, where applicable
  5. Communication of relevant information to the parties concerned

All information submitted is treated confidentially.

Security Advisories

Where necessary, COVAL will publish Security Advisories to inform affected customers of validated vulnerabilities, their potential impact, and the associated recommendations.

This section is currently being set up.
