COVAL's CMS HD_SVX / VVX multi-stage vacuum pumps combine performance, robustness, modularity, and communication.Equipped with a multi-stage venturi system, the CMS HD_SVX / VVX vacuum pumps ensure powerful suction flow rates and high performance and efficiency, yielding energy savings. Every element of the CMS HD vacuum pump has been designed and tested to withstand harsh environments. The pumps are rated IP65 and 50 million cycles. Due to their modular design, it is possible to access each component of the pumps.The CMS HD_SVX / VVX vacuum pumps have both vacuum and blow off functions, and are equipped with a vacuum switch.The IO-Link protocol provides efficient real-time communication between CMS HD_SVX / VVX multi-stage vacuum pumps and any higher-level protocol (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.) used to monitor the production line.
